Spring 2026 JR releases her 7th studio album, Ma’am.
Ma’am is a collection of her original songs inspired by the lives, works and wisdoms of African-American artists Maya Angelou, Alice Walker, Elizabeth Cotten and more.
Other upcoming music projects include a collection of African-American spirituals and folks songs, a roots project inspired by her family genealogy and other projects. Feel free to sign up for the email list for updates here.
